Spoks is an open-brand bicycle workshop and offers professional repairs, maintenance and bike washing. Our services include, among others:

We recommend booking via our online portal to guarantee fast processing. There you can select a date - there is no fixed time, but you can bring your bike in on the selected day during our opening hours.
Of course, you can also drop by without an appointment during our opening hours. Please note that there may be waiting times.

We offer three different inspection packages:
Bicycle inspection – Comprehensive safety check including inspection of brakes, gears, lights, tires, and chain.
Spoks-Like-New – Includes all inspection services plus bike wash, wheel check, and bottom bracket inspection.
Pro package – Also includes premium bike wash, headset maintenance, hub check, and hydraulic brake maintenance.
Cargo bike inspection – Comprehensive safety and functional check of the frame, steering, drive, brakes, wheels, tires, and loading area, including all relevant adjustments.
There is an additional charge of €39 for e-bikes.

We only accept cashless means of payment. You can pay by debit card, credit card or mobile payment systems such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is not accepted.

Yes, we specialize in the maintenance and repair of e-bikes and cargo bikes. Please note that there is a surcharge of €30 on the inspection packages for e-bikes and cargo bikes.
