As a certified ROSE service partner, we service, inspect, and repair all ROSE bikes at four locations in Berlin and Munich. We have access to genuine replacement parts, maintain direct contact with the ROSE mechanics in Bocholt, and also handle warranty claims.

Backroad, Backroad FF, Backroad AL, and Backroad AL Plus. From adventure gravel bikes with bikepacking setups to race gravel bikes with SRAM XPLR. Tubeless tires, handlebars and stem, drivetrain, brakes—everything is available in-store.
Mountain bike
Root Miller, PDQ AL, and the new Slab Plus with Bosch CX. We handle the drivetrain, brakes, and tubeless setup in-house. We coordinate suspension fork and shock absorber service through our service partners.
