  • Yes. We are an authorized service center for JobRad, Bikeleasing, Lease a Bike, and Deutsche Dienstrad. We bill the lessor directly for inspections and repairs, provided your employee’s contract covers these services.

  • Yes. On Bike Days, we set up our mobile workshop on your premises, in Berlin and Munich. For groups of 25 or more participants, or as scheduled events in the spring and fall.

  • If you provide bicycles as work equipment, you are responsible for ensuring they are in safe condition. Regular safety inspections with inspection reports help document this. It’s best to consult your occupational safety specialist to determine the appropriate inspection intervals for your workplace.

  • Yes. We prepare proposals and cost estimates in the format required by your contracting authority and enter into multi-year framework agreements.

  • That depends on the size of your fleet, the types of bikes, and the model. With the "flex" plan, you pay based on usage; we offer "fastlane" and "flotte" as flat-rate plans. Send us a request, and you'll receive a quote within 48 hours.
