Canyon Expertise
We’ve been working on Canyon bikes for years—from older Endurace models to the latest Aeroad CFR with a CP10 cockpit. We’re familiar with the integrated cockpit systems, the proprietary seatposts, and the MyCanyon configurations. That means less trial and error and more straightforward solutions.
Maintenance & inspection
Initial inspection after 300 km, annual full service, pre-season and pre-race checks. We systematically inspect your Canyon: drivetrain, brakes, wheels, cockpit, and visual inspection of carbon components. Includes a transparent wear and tear report.
Repairs & Warranty
From annoying noises to carbon crack inspections. We repair everything that can be repaired—and handle warranty claims directly with Canyon. You don't have to send your bike to Koblenz through BikeGuard.
Genuine Parts & Components
Wear parts in stock. We order Canyon-specific components such as CP cockpits, VCLS seatposts, and custom sizes on demand—usually available within 2–5 business days.
Click & Collect
You order your new Canyon online and have it delivered directly to us. We unpack the BikeGuard box, assemble your bike properly, and adjust everything—gears, brakes, handlebars, and seat position. You stop by and ride off right away. No boxes in the living room, no hassle with tools.
Road bike
Endurace, Ultimate, Aeroad, and the top-of-the-line CFR model with an integrated CP10 cockpit. Also Speedmax models for triathlon and time trials. Di2 and AXS programming, cockpit adjustment, riding position, brakes, wheel truing, carbon check.
gravel
Grail and Grizl in all versions, including the Grizl ESC with the ECLIPS dynamo system and integrated Lupine lights. Tubeless setup, drivetrain service, bikepacking accessories, cockpit, brakes.
Mountain bike
Lux World Cup, Neuron, Spectral, and Strive—from XC racers to enduro bikes. Plus all :ON e-MTB models. We handle the drivetrain, brakes, tubeless systems, and cockpit in-house. We coordinate suspension fork and shock service through our service partners.
