We’re the independent shop for everything you need for your Specialized bike. At four locations in Berlin and Munich, we service and repair all Specialized models. We’re experts in Future Shock maintenance on the Roubaix and Diverge, Brose motor diagnostics via Mission Control on the Turbo Levo, and the unique features of the S-Works line. We keep standard parts in stock and order Specialized-specific components as needed.

Specialized Experience
We've been working on Specialized bikes for years—from older generations of the Tarmac to the latest Turbo Levo 4 and S-Works Epic 9. We're familiar with the FutureShock systems, the SWAT storage compartments, the Brose motors, and the unique features of the S-Works line.
Maintenance & inspection
Initial inspection after the break-in period, annual full service, pre-race check. We systematically inspect your Specialized: drivetrain, brakes, wheels, and visual inspection of carbon components. For e-bikes, we also perform motor and battery diagnostics via Mission Control.
Repairs
From annoying noises to carbon crack inspections on the Tarmac SL8. We repair everything that can be repaired—and we’ll be honest if a Specialized Concept Store or warranty claim is the better option.
Genuine Parts & Components
We keep standard wear-and-tear parts in stock. For Specialized-specific components—Future Shock cartridges, Brose motor parts, S-Works cockpits—we place targeted orders through the Specialized dealer network.
Road bike
Tarmac, Tarmac SL8, Aethos, Roubaix, Allez, and the top-of-the-line S-Works model. Includes Future Shock service on the Roubaix. Gear system check, Di2 and AXS setup, cockpit adjustment, brakes, and riding position.
gravel
Diverge (new generation with Future Shock and SWAT storage compartment), Crux as a race gravel bike, and older Diverge models. Tubeless setup, bikepacking mounts, cockpit, drivetrain, brakes.
Mountain bike
Stumpjumper 15, Stumpjumper Evo, S-Works Epic 9, Enduro, Demo, Fuse, and Rockhopper. We handle drivetrains, brakes, tubeless systems, and cockpit components in-house. We coordinate suspension fork and shock service through our service partners.
Urban, Trekking & E-Bike
Turbo Levo (all generations, including Levo 4), Turbo Levo SL, Turbo Kenevo, Turbo Tero, Turbo Vado, Turbo Como, Turbo Creo, and Sirrus. Mission Control diagnostics, Brose and Specialized motor service, battery check.
