We are looking for a Workshop Operations Manager to organize our workshop team and ensure smooth operations. This role is crucial in order to provide our customers with the best possible service and to ensure efficient workshop operations.

your tasks

  • First contact for customers: You receive bikes and carry out an initial assessment.

  • Preparation of cost estimates for repairs and services.

  • Management of the workshop calendar, scheduling and organization of the order list.

  • Support for the mechanics to ensure an even workload throughout the year.

  • Communicating with customers: Provide updates on repairs and recommendations.

  • Sale of spare parts and services to increase turnover.

  • General workshop management and PnL ownership.

  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.

What you bring with you

  • Experience in customer service or workshop coordination, ideally in the bicycle sector.

  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking talent to keep workshop operations running efficiently.

  • Very good communication skills in dealing with customers and the team.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Basic knowledge of bicycle mechanics is a plus, but not a must.

  • You can communicate clearly and professionally with customers and the team in German and English
